Supporting your body through menopause is an act of deep self-respect
WOMAN IN BALANCE
I AM a WOMAN
As a woman over 50, I know firsthand the changes, shifts, and challenges that menopause brings to our bodies. I understand how deeper hormonal shifts affect our energy, skin, digestion, and overall well-being because I am walking this path, too.
“Woman in Balance” is the exact therapy I wish I had discovered years ago – born directly from my own personal experience. It is a unique combination of intuitive bodywork, fascial release, belly lymphatic drainage, breathwork, and facial massage.
Why does lymphatic health matter for hormones? The lymphatic system is the body’s natural drainage and filtration network. Unlike your cardiovascular system, which relies on the heart to pump blood, the lymphatic system has no central pump to circulate fluid and clear out toxins. Instead, it depends entirely on movement – such as muscle contractions and deep diaphragm breathing.
Additionally, your lymphatic system helps clear out excess hormones (especially estrogen). When lymph flow slows down, excess hormones can recirculate instead of leaving the body. This can contribute to estrogen dominance, PMS, heavy or painful periods, and fibroids.
That’s why I combine targeted abdominal massage with diaphragm work – to act as your body’s engine, giving your lymphatic system the boost it needs to heal, reset, and thrive. Manual work on the diaphragm activates the body’s primary lymphatic pump and stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps regulate the nervous system.
BENEFITS
- Digestive & Immune Support: Improves intestinal motility, relieves bloating, aids digestion, and supports the gut microbiome—boosting overall immunity and reducing systemic inflammation.
- Spinal Health & Circulation: Promotes spinal mobility and relieves back pain by improving blood and lymph circulation, enhancing sleep quality and daily energy levels.
- Mind-Body Balance: Stimulates the gut-brain axis, helping to lower stress levels, soothe anxiety, and support mood stabilization.
- Natural Lymphatic Pump: Integrates diaphragmatic breath awareness to naturally propel lymph fluid upward toward the thoracic duct for effective body drainage.

- Perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms
- Digestive disorders and sluggish abdominal organs
- Severe premenstrual tension (PMS)

I had the pleasure to meet Monika through a friend when we both started attending yoga with babies. I really enjoyed the lessons. Monika is warm, friendly and a good professional, but at the same time adapting to our needs with the little babies. She helped me to stretch and strengthen muscles which was great after giving birth and while breastfeeding.
ABOUT ME
My name is Monika, and I believe that our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal themselves. I am from Poland, where I earned my master’s degree as a Physical Education Teacher, athletic coach, and tennis, swimming, and fitness instructor. During that time, I fell in love with running and spent a lot of time competing in races ranging from 10 to 50 km.
However, unexpectedly, I had to start a new chapter in London. Spending nearly 3 years in this amazing, busy, and crazy city taught me that everything happens for a reason. I had no time for running, and there I began working as a massage therapist and personal coach. …
