Full Body Relief: TMJ & Head Focus

A full body treatment with an intensive focus on the jaw, face, and head to relieve the tension of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), headaches, and chronic stress. Jaw tension rarely exists in isolation. Patterns in posture, breath, and pelvic alignment often contribute to clenching, headaches, or facial pain. Excellent for individuals recovering from burnout or managing TMJ dysfunction.

TMJ therapy

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) therapy is a specialized manual treatment for individuals experiencing pain and dysfunction in the jaw area. Disorders of the temporomandibular joint may present with chronic headaches, migraines, bruxism (teeth grinding), facial muscle tension, or tinnitus.
The therapy involves manual therapy techniques and joint mobilizations. The first three sessions are recommended within a 7–10 day period, during which muscular, joint, and fascial structures are addressed.

FibroCalm: A Specialized Treatment for Fibromyalgia

A gentle, restorative, and safe treatment designed to calm the nervous system and alleviate chronic pain. The quiet attention, rhythmic sounds, breath awareness, and slow movement help the mind settle and experience the healing power of simple, kind human touch.

During the ‘FibroCalm’ massage, I combine music tuned to the natural frequency of 432 Hz with guided breathing at a rhythm of 0.1 Hz (coherence breathing, 6 breaths per minute). This unique combination is specifically chosen to soothe your nervous system.

Excellent for individuals with fibromyalgia or people with high stress levels.

Full body wellness massage is a gentle and relaxing treatment that relieves stress, muscle tension and provides a deep sense of calm. I use long, smooth strokes and gentle pressure, which stimulates blood circulation. This can lead to improved sleep and deeper relaxation.
This massage is ideal for individuals seeking self-care and a moment for themselves.

Facial massage (Kobido & Myofascial Release & Buccal)

In this session, I combine the technique of Kobido massage and myofascial release to enhance the effect on your face, neck, and chest. KO (ancient) BI (beauty) DO (way) advanced facial massage techniques with: deep warm-up, lymphatic drainage, lifting and modelling. End up with acupressure and a salt ball.

Optional Buccal Massage: Intra-oral work, performed with gloves for the deepest possible release of stubborn jaw muscles.
