My name is Monika, and I believe that our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal themselves. I am from Poland, where I earned my master’s degree as a Physical Education Teacher, athletic coach, and tennis, swimming, and fitness instructor. During that time, I fell in love with running and spent a lot of time competing in races ranging from 10 to 50 km.
However, unexpectedly, I had to start a new chapter in London. Spending nearly 3 years in this amazing, busy, and crazy city taught me that everything happens for a reason. I had no time for running, and there I began working as a massage therapist and personal coach. …

Jeg er en kvinne
Denne klassen gir støtte til kvinner som går gjennom perimenopause og menopause, men den er ikke begrenset til dem! Sammen kan vi trene, le og omfavne endringene mens vi lærer av hverandre. Hovedmålet er å bedre forstå kroppene våre og tilpasse oss endringene.
Mamma & BABY
Disse klassene har som mål å etablere et komfortabelt og trygt miljø der mødre kan komme i kontakt med andre mødre, tilbringe kvalitetstid med babyene sine, og dra nytte av yoga. Klassene er fleksible for å imøtekomme babyenes behov og er en utmerket måte å enten gjenoppta eller starte en yogapraksis på. Du vil utvikle styrke, forbedre utholdenheten og delta i pusteøvelser for en rolig sinnstilstand.

Alle er velkomne! Myke og flytende bevegelser med fokus på pusten. Mobilitet bidrar til å opprettholde styrke og gir kontroll over musklene rundt hvert ledd i kroppen din.

I had the pleasure to meet Monika through a friend when we both started attending yoga with babies. I really enjoyed the lessons. Monika is warm, friendly and a good professional, but at the same time adapting to our needs with the little babies. She helped me to stretch and strengthen muscles which was great after giving birth and while breastfeeding.
