Facial massage
a true reset for the entire system
It’s a therapeutic journey that combines a beauty treatment, deep relaxation techniques and mindful massage strokes. These treatments soothe the nervous system and give you inner balance
Utilizing the ancient Japanese art of Kobido facial massage, I enhance LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE, boost circulation, and promote the SKIN’S NATURAL VITALITY and radiance.
Facial massage (Kobido & myofascial release) – 70 min.
Fascial massage & buccal – 75 min.
To alleviate conditions such as BRUXISM (excessive clenching and grinding) and TMJ DISORDERS (pain in the jaw joint and its controlling muscles), I work with trigger points internally via buccal massage and fascial release techniques on the face, neck, and scalp.
Myofascial Release for TMJ/Bruxism – 50 min.
Tension HEADACHES, cluster headaches, and MIGRAINES are often linked to jaw and facial muscle tightness. My holistic approach directly targets these interconnected areas of tension, promoting profound relief and overall well-being.
Myofascial Release for Headaches – 50 min.
Myofascial release technique in the upper body can help release the tension related to the HEAD FORWARD position. The treatment is performed up to the top of the head and with gentle mobilisation of the shoulder and neck joints.
Myofascial Release Upper Body & Face & Head – 75 min.
BENEFITS
Lymphatic drainage activates the remaining lymph, eliminating the swelling. accelerate the body’s regeneration and detoxify the skin. The lymphatic system is a part of the immune system in the body and is responsible for removing toxins.
Massage eliminates muscle tension, and reduces the stiffness of facial muscles and stress which is related to bruxism, headache and neck pain. In turn, interbucal massage (inter-oral massage) relaxes the muscles from the inside, eliminating even very visible disease deformations.
Bruxism is the medical term for pressing or grinding of the teeth.

ABOUT ME
My name is Monika, and I believe that our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal themselves. I am from Poland, where I earned my master’s degree as a Physical Education Teacher, athletic coach, and tennis, swimming, and fitness instructor. During that time, I fell in love with running and spent a lot of time competing in races ranging from 10 to 50 km.
However, unexpectedly, I had to start a new chapter in London. Spending nearly 3 years in this amazing, busy, and crazy city taught me that everything happens for a reason. I had no time for running, and there I began working as a massage therapist and personal coach. …
